The Mechanobiology action aims at developing novel mechanobiology set-ups combining micromanipulation, substrate bioengineering and imaging techniques, and, in an innovative way, including adaptations to large 3D samples (organoids, organ-on-a-Chip). These tools will allow to assess and model fundamental and clinically-relevant processes involving mechanosensing and mechanosignaling, at different scales (WP1 to WP3).
