The AI-based image analysis action aims at implementing custom pipelines for image analysis, using deep learning models, statistical analysis and computational modeling to extract metrics from (i) the spatial positioning of biomolecules and their trafficking within cells (WP1,WP2), and (ii) the morphology, behavior and motility of cells within tissues, organs or embryos (WP2,WP3).
