The Bioengineering action aims at developing standardized Organ-on-a-ChIP procedures, combining organoid cell culture techniques with reconstituted perfusable vasculature and microfluidic fabrication, and allowing to assess the molecular and cellular regulations underlying spatial identities during physiological, developmental or pathological processes in organs such as the brain, the intestine or the kidney (WP2 and WP3).
